What is Dangerous Goods
According to the Classification and Name of Dangerous Goods (GB 6944-2012), dangerous goods and substances and articles with explosive, flammable, toxic, infection, corrosion, radioactivity and other dangerous characteristics, which are likely to cause personal injury or death, property damage or environmental pollution during transportation, storage, production, operation, use and disposal and require special protection.
Dangerous goods have 9 categories
Class 1: Explosives
1.1 Substances and articles with an overall explosion hazard;
1.2 Substances and articles with ejection hazard but without overall explosion hazard;
1.3 Substances and articles with a combustion hazard and a minor explosion or ejection hazard or with both but without a physical explosion hazard;
1.4 Substances and articles without major danger;
1.5 Very insensitive substances with an overall explosion risk;
1.6 Extremely insensitive substances with no overall explosion risk.
