Simply send WeGo Service images and specifications of the products you are looking for and our Sourcing team will find them for you. For each request WeGo Service will select a number of suitable suppliers and will proceed to obtain detailed quotations with exact specifications, packaging methods and associated costing.
Supplier/Factory Audit
For every new supplier or factory used, WeGo Service will carry out an initial inspection. This inspection includes a factory profile, human resource ethics, review of production equipment and capacity, review of quality assurance systems and factory security.
Verify the factory’s existence so you know you are dealing with factory direct and not a reseller working out of an apartment
Verify production competencies and capacity claims to ensure the factory has the ability to deliver the goods required
Ensure the integrity of the contact person is legitimate, often resellers will pose as factory owners
Ensure quality procedures are employed and in line with our clients requirements
Pre-Shipment Inspection of Goods
Apart from catching problems before shipment, regular auditing and quality control encourages the factory to maintain high standards. The level of quality control needed will vary depending on the clients business, product, and market requirements. WeGo Service offers the following quality control inspection services:

For most businesses, though, at the bare minimum, you’ll need a pre-shipment inspection. WeGo Service pre-shipment inspection follows the following process to protect our client’s orders:
We’ll send one of our highly trained quality control inspectors to the factory to select a sample batch of finished goods to be inspected. We will then check the product specifications have been met, international AQL standards have been met, and packaging and labeling requirements.
The sample size is inspected against industry and client-determined criteria, referenced by a Quality Control checklist and the golden Sample, to determine if the product meets the client’s expectations.
The WeGo Service quality control inspector will complete a detailed report along with a pass or fail and WeGo Service will issue the report to you. Finally, if the inspection is passed, we will arrange shipment. If the inspection for any reason fails, then according to the contract WeGo Service has in place, the manufacturer is forced to correct/reproduce the products. Once this happens the WeGo Service inspector will return to the factory to again pass or fail the Pre Shipment Inspection.
Conformance Testing carried out by WeGo Service inspectors are tailored to your quality requirements and to the requirements of your destination market. WeGo Service inspections utilize random sample selection in accordance with the Acceptance Quality Level (AQL) for random sampling procedure, and inspection standard (ISO2859-1). These comprehensive criteria cover functionality, performance, durability, overall appearance, and dimension.
Sample Production
If the goods require customized production (Example: Colour, branding or bundling), WeGo Service have the knowledge and channels in-place to get this done in a timely and professional manner. Under your instruction, we can arrange a sample product from our supplier and the sample will checked by WeGo Service before being express expedited to you for checking and approval. This will then become the Golden sample that all products must conform to.
Product Photography
WeGo Service can provide professional Product Photography from our Photography Studio in Shenzhen. These images can be used for packaging, marketing and E-commerce platforms to make your products stand out with unique pictures and not the standard stock images a supplier provides.
User guide creation
WeGo Service can provide professionally written Product user guides and packaging text in English created by our talented British copywriter solving any misunderstanding of products features and functions that often occur due to Chinese-English on products manufactured in China.
Translation Services
WeGo Service can translate your product specifications and instructions from English to Chinese and packaging and User guides from Chinese to English.
Shipping and Delivery
WeGo Service can arrange shipping of your goods full container loads FCL, less than container loads LCL and airfreight or co-ordinate with your shipping agent to arrange delivery direct to your warehouse or drop ship location. We can label, palletize as per your requirements. WeGo Service will take care of the customs clearance, tax, duty, and commodity codes for you.
